Located in our downtown Denver office, you will a focus on the support, development and maintenance of the Human Resource Management Systems, including: Oracle HRMS; Oracle Advanced Benefits; Compensation Workbench; LMS; Time and Labor; and other accompanying software and modules.
This role will help Identify, initiate, test and implement new system functionality, system modifications and enhancements.
The ability to recognize areas for process improvement and develop solutions is critical to this role.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support Oracle 11i core system, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Advanced Benefits
- Provide system administration support for the Performance Management system and SharePoint site.
Run reports using Discoverer.
