Job Description
Role Mission Strengthening organizational development across Latin America and North America by enhancing culture, leadership capabilities, employee experience, and learning solutions aligned with strategic business priorities.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives.
- Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs.
- Develop and curate the e‐learning platform and training content.
- Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program.
- Manage on‐demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments
- Execute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.
- Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans.
- Improve onboarding and learning paths.
