Sr. Functional Analyst - Total Rewards

Primary Purpose of this Position:The Senior Functional Analyst serves as the subject‐matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.The role partners with Total Rewards, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.This includes optimizing configuration, supporting integrations, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and driving continuous improvement of the compensation (or Total Rewards) technology landscape, including Base Pay, Short and Long Term Incentive, and Benefits.Essential Responsible Areas:Lead the elicitation and analysis of future‐state system requirements using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, process mapping, use cases, and workflow analysis.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (e.g., TR, HR, IT) to define functional and non‐functional requirements.Communicate requirements clearly and produce artifacts such as BRDs, process flow diagrams, configuration workbooks, interface specifica...
