This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo, Brazil in a full in person work model.

Main Responsibilities

• Support portfolio companies in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Consolidate financial results across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring data consistency, comparability, and reliability.
• Perform financial and operational analyses, providing insights and materials to the Board and executive committees to support monitoring and decision‑making.
• Manage and maintain the Private Equity performance and results management system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
• Maintain daily interaction with portfolio companies to gather information and actively contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
