I worked as a Senior Flutter App Developer at Geeksroot (Remote) focused on delivering high‑quality mobile applications.
When I joined, there were four projects due and all were messy. I organized documentation to understand the projects’ severity.
Then I started working on fixes and new feature implementations. I learned that working with over 50+ developers, we should have test cases designed first before starting development, which is TDD (Test Driven Development) . Whenever a feature request or fix came, I sat with the QA (Quality Assurance) team to design test cases and then develop accordingly. This boosted our production quality by 3x .
