We are looking for a LATAM FP& A Manager to act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for the LATAM leadership team.
This role goes beyond reporting, focusing on insight, challenge, and decision support across a complex, multi‐country business.You will partner closely with Supply Chain, and Operations leaders , leading planning, forecasting, and performance management while turning data into actionable insights that drive profitability, cash flow, and long‐term value creation across LATAM.
What you'll do:Partner with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and multi‐year strategic planningLead regional performance analysis, risks & opportunity identificationBuild financial models and scenarios (S& OP, cost drivers, capex, optimization)Drive FP& A transformation, analytics, and automation (Power BI, dashboards)Lead and develop regional FP& A talent in a matrix environment.
