We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team!

As an Field Service Technician, you maintain and repair Multi‑Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues
• Perform on‑site service of MFPs
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales
• Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
• Responsible for learning new technologies
• 5% – Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers
• 95% – break‑fix and customer support
• Understands territory parts budget and inventory control
