An experienced family litigator is seeking an experienced family law clerk. Work alongside a recognized and accomplished family law lawyer. Enjoy the beautifully finished environment, which includes your own office with a window.

THE JOB
In this role not only will you draft financial statements and family law forms, you will also provide support and complete documents and tasks required for trial preparation. Some administrative duties will also be required, including correspondence, arranging for service, and filing of documents.

YOU:
You have more than 8 years experience as a family law clerk. You know the rules well, and have assisted in multiple trial preparations. You are able to work independently, and are a good problem solver. You are skilled in the use of DivorceMate. You can also type in excess of 70 wpm and are efficient at dictation.
