Sr Facilities Technician

Eaton's IS Filtration division is currently seeking a Sr Facilities Technician.
**What you'll do**:A.
Execution of facilities' preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance keeping direct communication with the Operational Manager and management staff for all changes that affects safety, product quality and / or operating conditions of the plantB.
Ensure the proper execution of work orders concerning general plant maintenance under safety conditions.C.
Responsible for the design of the department structure including job descriptions, training, performance review and coaching to develop functional experts.D.
Participate for the Plan, develop and implement new methods and procedures related to facilities maintenance to drive improvements, minimizing operating costs and reducing environmental impact.E.
