Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams across product development, NPI, and manufacturing processes.
- Execute new product introductions and production line transfers.
- Manage engineering changes and implementation into manufacturing.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Coordinate with key functions (Product Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Approve technical solutions, process controls, and validations.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
- Ensure testing, validation, and readiness for product launches.
- Develop team capabilities and manage resources and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product development, NPI, and process engineering.
