Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Director, Engineering located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the VP Operations. will be responsible for overseeing Advanced Assembly, Manufacturing, and Test Process/Product Technology Roadmaps. Lead discovery and development with cross-functional teams from engineering, strategy, and operations. Manage multiple projects daily, meeting specifications on time and within budget. Foster innovation to meet customer needs, standardize new technologies for mass production, and interface with customers during pre-quote and sales support to win new business. Introduce advanced manufacturing technologies by training and qualifying sites tailored to specific business unit requirements.
