Qualifications
- Bachelors degree – Advance English level (C1+)
- 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Architect with 5+ years of experience leading technical industrial or similar projects
- Experience with building design and construction project management, including programming, design, construction, and operations, as well as project planning for scope, schedule, and budgets
- Vendor management of subconsultant teams from RFP through project completion
- Demonstrated expertise in software programs for BIM360, Revit, Bluebeam, and/or AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly define intent and drive solutions with multiple stakeholders
- Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or business
- Architectural Registration, Professional Engineer Registration, CEM and/or other building professional accreditation
- LEED AP BD+C and/or PHIUS+ certification...
