Job Description
As a Senior Customer Care Representative you will manage the sales order process from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates following Customer Care guidelines. You will report to the Customer Care Manager and be based at our Malvinas Argentinas site, working in a hybrid model (4 days in the office and 1 remote day).
Responsibilities
- Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates following Customer Care guidelines
- Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and elevate issues
- Daily communication and collaboration with customers, operations, and sales
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally and determine corrective action
