What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll use your expertise in financial services products and customer service to help clients manage their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Senior Client Service Representative, you’ll take the lead in answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members.
