About the Role (Job Summary)
The Sr. Change Management Specialist & Training plays a critical role in enabling enterprise‑wide transformation, innovation, and adoption initiatives across McKesson Canada. This position is a short‑term, 12‑month contract. The role leads the design and execution of change management, learning, and adoption strategies that support new ways of working, digital transformation, and capability building. As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with business leaders, Innovation teams, Analytics, and HR/Organizational Effectiveness to drive organizational readiness, accelerate adoption, and embed sustainable behaviours. This role combines organizational change management, training strategy, communications, and stakeholder enablement to ensure transformation outcomes are realized.
