The Sr. Business Operations Manager’s role is to improve Starlink’s key performance indicators (KPIs) at SpaceX, focused around omni-channel subscriber & revenue growth. The role combines data analytics with broader business planning, decision-making, strategy, and execution, directly supporting SpaceX’s leadership. Business Operations is embedded in daily operations, supporting both near‑term execution and long‑term planning.
