Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Program Management Analyst to join the client Front Office Central Program Management Team. This is a hybrid role, combining the strategic oversight of a Project Manager with the analytical depth of a Business Analyst.
Team Overview
- Team works on transformation , end to end deliveries
- Sr BA - writing documents , BRD, FRD , process flow etc.
- Business Focused - Front office, XVA , derivatives, Structured notes, prime financing , SFT etc.
- Bit of data, nice to have SQL, Python etc. for modelling etc.
Senior Business Analyst - Front Office
- Must have front office experience
- Must have valuable understanding of derivatives
- Must have BA/PM skills but this role is for a BA
- XVA experience strongly preferred
- Must have understanding of trading (role works closely with the trading desk)
