Lead the design and execution of automation engineering projects in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or software application to meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design automation equipment and oversee the design effort for a team of automation engineers.
• Review, approve, and maintain design drawings, user manuals, and installation manuals.
• Work closely with the Project Manager/Engineer to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure design for manufacturability and that all engineering times are logged and tracked.
• Act as liaison with internal and external assemblers/manufacturers to guarantee parts are produced to specifications.
