Overview

Here at Focus Cloud , we’re looking to hire a Talent & Recruitment Technology Specialist to own and optimize our clients Workday Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent technology landscape.

This is a hands-on Workday role for someone who enjoys partnering with Talent Acquisition and Talent teams, solving process and system gaps, and keeping the recruitment and talent tech stack running smoothly and securely.

You’ll act as a key SME for talent-related Workday modules, supporting day-to-day needs while driving roadmap improvements and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Workday SME across Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent modules
• Supporting HR technology initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and offboarding
