The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Sr. Analyst, Compensation will be responsible for a variety of tasks in support of the WHR HR compensation team – supporting the U.S.-based Human Resources function in compensation administration activities within a Global Shared Services model. Primary responsibilities will include assisting with the commission payment process, administration of third‑party brokers, preparing wire requests, and routing them for approval and assisting with the monthly close process. In support of the commission’s process, the Sr. Analyst, Compensation will take direction from the Sr. Manager, Compensation and Reporting and be responsible for the daily administration of commission reporting and third‑party payments, status updates on pending payables, notification and tracking of payments made with insufficient funds from the bank, and compiling monthly data to provide year‑to‑date data analys...
