Position Overview

Reporting to the Sr Manager Finance TH C&US Property, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all financial routines including month-end closing and reporting processes, in addition to any ad hoc reporting and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will have a finance/accounting or quantitative background and the ability to interpret key financial information. The candidate should be a hands‑on team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. They must have the ability to understand finance & accounting concepts and be able to convey information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly close process for TH C&US Property Portfolio - performing journal entries, reconciliations and reporting
• Perform monthly analysis by providing commentary and insights on the results to be shared with business leaders and leadership team
