POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Properly performs the GL Accounting records for the entities/business units assigned of the North America and Mexico region, and in accordance with Company's Policies and Local and USGAAP Accounting frameworks; Prepare proper and timely reconciliation of Accounting Templates for the North America and Mexico region. Prepare proper reports and information requested by Corporate and timely delivered in accordance to a calendar; Support on Internal and External Audit requirements.
Scope: North America and Mexico Region
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that properly record the Journal Accounting entries.
Support on validation of Journal Entries.
Preparation and support on the review of Accounting Reconciliations
Follow up and corrections on reconciling items within the Accounting reconciliations
Prepare Accounting manuals and updated accordingly.
