Monitor and develop, together with other involved areas, the technical training plan for new projects (NPI), as well as other matters involving new products. Monitor and develop, together with the global content development areas, the learning paths that will be applied in LATAM. Attend internal and global meetings representing the department. Support instructors regarding the transportation of machines for training, as well as other matters related to the Training Center. Attend meetings with customers and dealers.
