Sr Accounting Analyst

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting‑Finance
• 2 years of experience in General Accounting and Account Reconciliations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) (PLUS)
• Location: Mexico City – Polanco

About the job:

• Perform high‑volume transactional processes within the EMEAI Regional Services Center
• Daily monitoring of outstanding items in reconciliation systems
• Create journal vouchers and resolve issues related to deposits, checks, and memos
• Prepare and upload accurate bank and account reconciliations into OneStream
• Support month‑end close activities and liaise with GL Accountants and Finance Managers
• Conduct financial analysis and resolve issues in balance sheet clearing accounts
• Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives
