Sportsbook Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the strategy and daily operations of the Sportsbook vertical, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.Manage sportsbook operations, including betting markets, odds monitoring, campaigns, and event visibility.Coordinate the sportsbook calendar according to major sports events, tournaments, and local market opportunities.Work closely with providers to ensure competitive betting experiences, proper market availability, and operational stability.Plan and execute sportsbook promotional campaigns such as free bets, odds boosts, cashback offers, accumulator campaigns, and special event activations.Monitor daily sportsbook performance, tracking KPIs such as turnover, GGR, NGR, active bettors, conversion, retention, and promotional engagement.Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to ensure aligned communication strategies and optimized user engagement campaigns.Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure proper exposure management, betti...
