Sportsbook Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategy and daily operations of the Sportsbook vertical, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
• Manage sportsbook operations, including betting markets, odds monitoring, campaigns, and event visibility.
• Coordinate the sportsbook calendar according to major sports events, tournaments, and local market opportunities.
• Work closely with providers to ensure competitive betting experiences, proper market availability, and operational stability.
• Plan and execute sportsbook promotional campaigns such as free bets, odds boosts, cashback offers, accumulator campaigns, and special event activations.
• Monitor daily sportsbook performance, tracking KPIs such as turnover, GGR, NGR, active bettors, conversion, retention, and promotional engagement.
