As a full-time Loss Prevention Lead, you will collaborate with the Store General Manager to execute effective loss prevention strategies. Your on-floor presence during high-risk times will drive customer acknowledgment and product security. Engage in training associates on important loss prevention functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor sales floor activity during high-traffic periods
• Support loss prevention awareness among staff and customers
