Working with families and staff you will support a dynamic interfaith community that embodies AHS’s family/patient first approach. The Spiritual Health Practitioner I (SHP) responds with compassion and inclusiveness to the spiritual health needs identified by families, patients and staff through a tailored approach to assessment and care. Reflecting a holistic, compassionate methodology to care, the Spiritual Health Practitioner advances an evidence based spiritual health care approach within the hospital. As such, you are skilled in providing existential, spiritual, and religious patient care across beliefs, cultural perspectives and practices.
