JOB SUMMARY: Spiritual Care Provider - Hospice 10 hrs.

a week / 20 hrs.

Bi-weekly Tuesday 4hrs / Wednesday 3hrs / Thursday 3hrs - this is flexible Wage: $22.00 hr.
- depending on experience level As a compassionate and integral member of the interdisciplinary team, the Spiritual Care Provider supports the spiritual and emotional well-being of residents in continuing care.

This role ensures that residents have access to meaningful spiritual services that reflect their individual beliefs, traditions, and cultural backgrounds.

The provider facilitates spiritual programming, offers one-on-one support, and collaborates with families, volunteers, and community faith leaders.
