Provide exceptional care as a Speech Language Pathologist in a fast-paced inpatient and outpatient program for diverse neurological and oncology patients. Your expertise will assist patients in their rehabilitation journey.
In this role, you will assess patients and create individualized treatment plans for those experiencing speech and language challenges due to neurological conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary framework, you will manage multiple patient referrals and ensure high-quality documentation to track progress. Collaboration with families and healthcare professionals will enhance patient outcomes significantly.
