In this unique position, you’ll lead a team of 7–12 while managing a caseload for preschool-aged children. Your expertise will guide evidence-based practices and foster an inclusive culture within the Community Preschool Education (CPE) program. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to set departmental goals while providing direct support to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct shadow visits and provide feedback for team growth
• Facilitate departmental meetings and professional development
• Manage team operations, including onboarding new staff
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration on Individual Program Plans
