Job Description
Join CREC River Street School as a Speech Language Pathologist—part time or full time preferred. This role focuses on delivering targeted communication therapy and assessments in a public school environment.
You will work with students of varying needs, providing both direct and consultative services. Your responsibilities include evaluating students, developing IEP objectives, and collaborating with school personnel and families. Active participation in PPTs and ongoing assessment processes is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide communication therapy and consultation to students
• Evaluate and assess the speech/language needs of students
• Create comprehensive service plans and student goals
• Attend PPT, 504, and necessary meetings
• Conduct in-services on communication for students
Requirements:
• MS/MA in Speech Language Pathology required
• Valid Connecticut Department of Health License necessary
