You will coordinate support for SPN pharmacies, ensuring compliance and timely assistance for medication dispensing. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Support SPN pharmacies with patient self‑injection training • Coordinate prescription dispensing with external partners • Assist pharmacy staff with procurement and reimbursement issues • Manage escalations from SPN pharmacies efficiently • Work rotating shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM (EST)
