Job Description
The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is seeking an Aircraft‑on‑Ground (AOG) Specialist to join our A220 Customer Response Center (CRC) team based in Mirabel, Quebec. You will work closely with other Airbus departments to support A220 customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement action plans with specialists to improve the time to return long‑term grounded aircraft to service and meet customer‑expected priorities.
Identify the required specialists within Airbus, suppliers and/or partners to ensure resolution of aircraft on the ground after abnormal events.
Act as a CRC focal point, coordinating with Duty Managers, Section Chiefs, and other Airbus departments such as Major Repair, In‑Service Engineering, etc. during extended AOGs.
Ensure client visibility and database management throughout case resolution.
Build and maintain a network of contacts with available resources, both internally and externally.
