Flight Test Specialist
Full‑time position, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, based in Mirabel, performed exclusively on‑site.
Responsibilities
- Write work instructions for the installation and removal of pylons, engines, systems, and nacelle components.
- Develop assembly sequences, integrate hardware, tooling, and experimental requirements.
- Coordinate installation and removal of pylons, engines, and nacelles on Flying Test Beds (FTB).
- Plan, prepare, and execute flight‑test campaigns for P&W and PWC experimental engines.
- Manage the flight‑test schedule to meet key milestones (installation, ground runs, first flight).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engine program teams during flight‑test preparation.
- Prepare risk assessments and coordinate readiness/safety gates.
