This position is based at our St‑Laurent head office within the Talent Acquisition division and requires on‑site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day.
What You’ll Do
Lead a Seamless Recruitment Process
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates.Manage the offer process, including background checks, salary recommendation and extending offers.Keep hiring managers informed at every stage, ensuring transparency, alignment, and a positive experience.Lead the coordination of our monthly new employee onboarding sessions, creating a positive experience for incoming employees.Be a Strategic Talent Partner
