Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Specialist, Safety & Compliance to support our Kim-Tam Logistics transportation operations across multiple sites in Ontario. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting our fleet and drivers across Canada and the United States. This position will report into the Manager, Operations, Health & Safety. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Programs & Driver Engagement
Plan and coordinate annual safety meetings for all truck drivers across multiple sites in Ontario
Organize and execute Monthly Safety Talks for all drivers on fleet
Create report cards for Safety Town Halls each month
Critical events monitoring (i.e. dashcam)
Manage drug and alcohol program
Onboarding new drivers by completing safety & compliance orientation
