Become a key player in our Learning and Development team as a specialist based in Milton DC. Focus on designing and implementing training solutions that impact organizational effectiveness.
This position requires you to analyze and interpret the training and development needs of various business units. You will collaborate with leaders and Subject Matter Experts to design learning solutions that align with organizational goals. The role demands a systems approach to enhance performance outcomes and optimize departmental training processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
