As a key member of the In-Service Engineering team, you will ensure a rapid return to service for AOG situations. Responsibilities encompass preparing essential documentation, responding to technical inquiries, and actively participating in operator engagements. You may also travel as needed to provide hands-on support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue engineering return-to-service documentation effectively
• Answer technical questions from field representatives
• Contribute to operator conferences and technical reviews
• Join Mobile Repair Team for on-site problem resolution
