Specialist, Experience Management

Role

We are seeking a motivated Specialist, Experience Management to drive and champion the firm’s use of Foundation, the firm’s content, experience management and proposal automation tool. This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving processes to collect experience data and is actively involved in keeping our experience information accurately classified and consistently written, supporting effective proposal development, business development initiatives and firm-wide reporting. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development Technology, the Specialist will also be involved with planning improvements that address the needs of users across the firm, including lawyers and stakeholders in the Client and Business Development, IT, and Finance departments.
