Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Spa & Wellness Manager to support the pre‑opening of the Spa & Wellness division at Sofitel Ipanema, including spa implementation, operational setup, and process structuring, in preparation for full operations.

• Adhere to Spa Policies and Standard Operating Procedures at all times;
• Act as a Wellness Ambassador for the hotel, representing the brand values and Accor standards with colleagues, guests, and external stakeholders while maintaining a professional appearance;
• Promote colleague wellness initiatives in partnership with People & Culture teams;
• Manage the daily operations, efficiency, and overall performance of the spa and wellness facilities;
