SP230401 - Specialist Occupational Therapist

Hospital at Home is an exciting, rapidly developing service with excellent opportunities to develop as part of the growing Occupational Therapy team. The ability to work independently but also work closely with other professionals within the MDT is key. The postholder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside and in conjunction with Consultant Geriatricians, GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, nurses, Physiotherapists, Pharmacy staff, Speech and Language Therapists. Support and supervision and opportunities for continued professional development are provided.

The service currently operates 7 days a week with AHP’s working 8am to 6pm. Although the post is full time, we are willing to consider part-time candidates. Any part time applicants wishing to be considered are asked to identify their preferred hours within their application.
