Glasshouse is looking for a sous chef to join our tight team. We are a new Kitsilano restaurant focused on local ingredients, sustainability, and creating a dining experience that feels welcoming while still delivering a high level of food and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
• Assist with ordering, inventory, prep, and scheduling
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Help develop seasonal features and menu ideas
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained
• Train and mentor cooks while building a positive kitchen culture
