Sous Chef – Real Sports Bar & Grill
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Chef de Cuisine in managing high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading all back‑of‑house culinary operations.
- Schedule staff according to current CBA guidelines.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented according to brand standards and recipes.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and execution during high‑volume service periods.
- Support menu development, seasonal features, and recipe testing as directed by Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Chef de Cuisine.
