The Lodge at Arrow Lakes seeks a passionate Sous Chef ready to create innovative dishes in a stunning location. This position offers an exciting chance to make an impact on our culinary team.
In this role, based in Nakusp, British Columbia, you will work with the Head Chef to deliver high-end casual dining experiences. A minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory kitchen role is essential, along with a Food Safe Certificate. Responsibilities will vary from meal preparation to maintaining kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist with meal and menu planning
• Ensure proper kitchen stocking and food safety practices
