Food World Supermarket is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef specializing in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume retail food environment.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in authentic Italian dishes such as pasta, risotto, pizza, and antipasti, as well as broader Mediterranean specialties including grilled meats, seafood, salads, and fresh breads. This role ensures consistent quality, flavor authenticity, and efficient back-of-house operations while maintaining food safety standards.
