Pure Spirits Oyster House and Grill is looking for an accomplished Sous Chef to lead its kitchen team. You will bring a minimum of five years of culinary experience, ideally having progressed to a Junior Sous or Sous Chef role. Emphasis is placed on training, employee coaching, and fostering a culture of passion and integrity in the hospitality industry.
