Overview
Aramark is recruiting a Sous Chef to manage and elevate employee dining experience in a corporate setting in downtown Toronto. The Sous Chef – Business Dining - plays a key leadership role in delivering an elevated, restaurant-quality dining experience within a corporate or employee dining environment. This position supports the Executive Chef in culinary execution, people leadership, and daily operations while fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the culinary leadership team to develop menus for executive dining, support catering, and other service areas
- Ensures high-level culinary production through precise flavor profiling, presentation standards, and portion control.
