Role & Missions
As a Sourcing Manager, your role is key.
On a daily basis, you will hunt for F&V concentrates raw materials discarded by industry, mainly in Europe, but also across the rest of the EMEA region.
Using our dedicated tools and your ability to interact with new partners at fairs, networking events, factory visits, prospecting sessions, etc., you will succeed by helping industrial players valorize their leftovers and other by-products while developing large business opportunities.
Beyond strong interpersonal skills, this position requires knowledge of industrial processes, food engineering, manufacturing best practices, and natural abilities in B2B strategy.
You will focus on the early stages of our supplier lifecycle, specifically mapping, prioritizing, and sampling products. As the first point of contact with suppliers, you must also position Hubcycle effectively for future collaboration, while maintaining a down-to-ea...
