Sour Gas Plant Operator

Our client, a major Oil and Gas client, is looking for an Sou Gas Plant Operator to join their team on a 1-year contract (14/14 rotational schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain sour gas plant equipment, adhering to safe operating practices.
• Handle emergency response duties and provide on-call coverage as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including compressors, pumps, valves, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Planners/Schedulers, other Technicians, Electricians, CCO, Regional Support, contractors, and PLM for planning and executing work.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain facility records and update drawings.
• Use maintenance software for documenting work.
• Develop and execute equipment lockouts.
• Assist Electrical, Operation, and PLM Technicians as needed.
